Adidas Grün collection: Superstar, Forum Mid, Marathon Natural Vintage

Monday, August 18th, 2008

The Grün collection is Adidas’s response to your demand for wearable clothes and shoes that are more ecologically responsible in their production. Environmentally conscious Adidas Originals fans are also coming up with innovative ways to do their part – such as the Guerilla Gardeners who plant small gardens around greater London at night.

Recycled - Lean, green and stylishly clean, the Marathon Natural Vintage features bamboo and recycled PET and makes great use of chrome free suede and recycled yarn for a unique multi-color effect.

Reground - The definition of true authenticity. Take a step towards reducing your carbon footprint with this high-top sneaker featuring hemp and jute as well as tree crepe, chrome free leather, cork and a wooden button. Revolutionarily composed yet super stylish, the Forum Mid takes environmental consciousness to another level.

A true adidas classic, ecologically refined. Made from cotton, hemp, jute and recycled rubber, the adidas Superstar is perfect for environmentally conscious sport style. The right choice for those of you on the lookout for what’s new and refreshing. This is the look of a green new world.

Oh my days these Adidas shoes called Adidas Micropacer looks brilliant with the retro look, but other than the black and white styling it is the integrated microcomputer including range finder, pedometer, and stop watch features that stands out the most.

It was in 1984 when these runners were debuted and they were pretty cutting edge then, now over 20 years later they are still sought after. These Adidas Micropacer shoes do stand out and being part of the Venice Carnival Edition pair from Adidas’ Flavors of the World collection we can see them doing well.

Now if you are either a sneaker freak or a gadget geek then you will love these runners, you can buy now for $250 (About £126). More pictures below -
